Delhi Sakshi Murder Case: Why did Sahil repeatedly stab Sakshi with a knife? Expert told the Reason!

Psychologists have made shocking revelations in the Sakshi murder case in Delhi's Shahbad Dairy area.

According to psychologists, Sahil brutally attacked Sakshi with a knife as he could not accept the victim's decision.

In a shocking revelation, Delhi-based forensic psychologist Mohit Batta said that Sahil's act of repeatedly stabbing Sakshi and crushing her with a slab reflected his destructive intentions to eliminate her completely. The repeated attacks by the accused on the victim with a knife indicate the anger brewing within him.
Clinical psychologist Vandana V. Prakash said, "The brutality of the assault reveals the perpetrator's corrupt feelings and low self-esteem. It reflects the perpetrator's anger, hatred, and intent to continue assaulting until the anger is satisfied."

According to Indranil Bhawal, a forensic psychologist involved in the POCSO project in Rajasthan, repeated knife attacks in mutual homicide cases often indicate a personal relationship between the victim and the perpetrator. "Something happened recently in their relationship just before the murder, which acted as a trigger and incited him to commit the crime," he added.

Archana Sharma, consultant forensic psychologist at the Shri Balaji Action Medical Institute in New Delhi, said repeated stabbing incidents in connection with murder often involve a relationship with the victim. She said, "Jealousy or an intense negative emotional connection between the victim and the perpetrator may be factors."

Was Sahil's ego hurt?

When asked about the possible reasons for Sahil's frustration, hatred and jealousy, Prakash said that it is possible that his ego was bruised by Sakshi's rejection.

Sahil was sitting in the park after the murder: 

Police Initially, the police said that Sahil was drunk and in an inebriated state on the afternoon of May 28 when he encountered Sakshi, who was on her way to a birthday party of her friend's child in the evening. After killing Sakshi, Sahil went to a nearby park and sat there for some time. According to the police, Sakshi and Sahil were in contact with each other since June 2021, but Sakshi had distanced herself from him in the last three-four months.

Sahil had already planned the attack on Sakshi According to the police, Sahil had been planning to attack Sakshi for some time as he felt threatened by her growing closeness with his friend Praveen. Sakshi had been in touch with Praveen for about three to four years before she befriended Sahil. Sahil tells the police that Sakshi wants to be friends with Praveen again because he has a bike.

Sakshi warned Sahil to stay away from her On May 27, Sakshi had warned Sahil to stay away from her. At that time, she was with her friend Bhavna and her boyfriend Jhabru. The police revealed that Jhabru had also threatened Sahil for contacting Sakshi. This incident took place eight days before the murder, and this led to the breakdown of the relationship between the woman and Sahil.

In Shahbad Dairy area, 16-year-old Sakshi was brutally stabbed to death and then pelted with a stone. There were 34 injury marks on his body and his skull bone was fractured.
